INFORMATION:
Currently, we only accept orders via email (forgive us; we are a small operation, and everything is made fresh by hand for you). Emails work the best for us so the orders can be checked.
For orders and other inquiries, please give us the details, and we will email you back within 24-48 hours.
When ordering, please provide the items you would like to order and the shipping address if not local. We will get back to you with the final cost, confirmation of the order, and expected shipping/delivery timing ASAP.
SHIPPING POLICY:
hey, PASQUALE!, bake our products daily without preservatives.
Once shipped, it takes 1-3 business days to arrive, based on where you’re located.
We bake Monday – Thursday. Our packaging is made to keep them fresh and safe during shipping as well.
We will notify you with a copy of the priority mail tracking number and date by email once your order has been tracked.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Also, we are not responsible for any mailing delays or damages outside of our control by the carrier.
UPON ARRIVAL:
(if you don’t binge-eat) we recommend storing them in the freezer –
COOKIES: If placed in a ziplock, they will store for up to 6 months frozen. Then, when ready to eat, remove from the freezer, place on a plate, and enjoy!
SCONES: Warm up the scone before eating. If not eating right away, place scones in a ziplock and then into the freezer. Then, from the freezer to the oven – warm up the scone.
FOCACCIA: Warm up the focaccia before eating. If not eating right away, place focaccia in a ziplock and then into the freezer. Then, from the freezer to the oven – warm up the focaccia.
