    Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread, similar in style and texture to pizza. Warmed up, toasted, cut into a variety of shapes, including squares, long skinny rectangles, or triangles. Focaccia can be served as a side dish or sliced in half and used for making sandwich bread. Also great dipped in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper flakes.
